Are you a driven, hands-on leader ready to take full control of night operations in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for an experienced Nightshift Production Manager to lead a key site through its next stage of growth and continuous improvement.

• Overseeing all night-time production operations, ensuring output, quality, and service levels meet or exceed customer contracts.

• Driving continuous improvement through analysis of KPIs, team forums, and process enhancements.

• Collaborating with other departments to resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively.

• Leading, managing and developing your team – from performance reviews to health & safety.

• Supporting strategic planning and budgeting alongside the General Manager.

• Proven experience in production management – ideally in industrial, manufacturing or large-scale laundry settings.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Confident with data analysis, reporting and using KPIs to drive decisions.

• IT-literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

• Highly motivated, proactive and focused on delivering results and service excellence.
