Night-shift Transport Administrator

My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Night-shift Transport Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis

The role would involve working as part of the transport team and would cover 4 Nights, mostly Wed - Sun but sometimes Sun-Wed so some flexibility is required, the working hours are 1930-0730

The main functions of this role includes:

- Vehicle /driver tracking
- Data Entry of KPI’s for the Drivers ( already in place – would need populating only)
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries
- Any other admin tasks within the transport operation as required

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Previous experience as an administrator in a fast paced environment(ideally within transport)
- Good IT skills incl MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Be Happy to commit to the hours required

The pay rate is based on a salary of up to £28,500
