Job Description - NIHL Paralegal

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing law firm based in Lancashire, which is in need of a NIHL Paralegal (Noise-induced Hear Loss).

The firm is open to Individuals with 1-2 year’s experience in Personal Injury law with strong knowledge in NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss).

They can pay a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a NIHL Paralegal:

Manage a caseload of NIHL Claims, both pre-litigation and litigated
Draft legal documents, including letter of claim, particulars of claim, witness statements and schedules of loss.
Liaise with clients, medical experts and defendants representatives throughout the case lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records on the firms case management system

About you as a NIHL Paralegal:

Strong understanding of NIHL case law, CLB guidelines, and relevant procedures.
Excellent drafting and communications skills
Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
Confident using legal databases and case management systems
