Are you a Financial Planning Administrator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail? Are you looking for a new and varied role with an employer who values your development as much as you do ?

We are currently working alongside a very well-established firm of Financial Planners who are based in the Lichfield area. After a period of longevity, they now have someone retiring and therefore require an additional IFA Administrator to join their thriving and growing team.

Working for their modern and prestigious office based in the Lichfield area, the successful Candidate will be responsible for providing Administrative support to a team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Our Client encourage development and would fund any Industry qualifications that you may wish to take.

Responsibilities

" Liasing with Corporate and Private clients on a daily basis

" Ensuring that regulatory guidelines and company procedures are followed

" Support Client Managers with all aspects of administration

" Provide overflow support, if necessary, to other members of staff

" Collate Client Review packs and required information in readiness for client meetings.

" Chase diary notes and manage own workload

" Making new business packs ready for client meetings

" Submit new business and chase business through.

" Sent letters of Authority to request third party information.

" Updating registers when required

" Organise and maintain diaries and make appointments

" Deal with correspondence and write letters

" Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications

" Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment

" Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

" Carry out tasks as requested

" Complete fund switch, trades and purchases.

The successful candidate will have already gained a good amount of experience working within Financial Services including a Provider or Mortgage Admin background. Our client is looking for a confident, switched-on individual who has the drive to exceed expectations and deliver a high level of professionalism.
