For their client, IO Associates is looking for a NOC L2 Service Engineer. Implementing technical service solutions in response to design modifications, reported incidents, and issues will be the engineer's responsibility. The policies and principles that enable the successful execution of the service will be greatly aided by the Engineer.
The primary responsibility of this post is to coordinate the implementation of critical issue investigation. In this capacity, the role holder will frequently represent Business to the larger community as the NOC's technical representative. Managing resources, expectations, perceptions, and knowledge dissemination are all part of the job description.
The position necessitates that the applicant hold an active DV/Highest level of clearance.
Skills:-
* Excellent technical proficiency in networking, along with a solid grasp of other technologies like Windows, SAN, security, and virtualization.
* Proficient in tracking, creating, and analysing technical documentation.
* Effective communication abilities inside the department to give peers assurance and guidance
* Capacity to arrange, plan, and prepare for a large-scale implementation across several months.
* Capacity to interact both orally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels, including architects, project managers, and end users. Including giving data that will encourage and impact the internal and external decision-making processes for service management.
* Exhibit self-assurance and initiative while relying on solid organisational, communication, and diplomatic abilities as a basis for service delivery in the service environment.
