A leading UK-based Environmental and Acoustics Consultancy is seeking a Noise Monitoring Technician to join their growing team in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical mindset and technical interest to support site-based noise and vibration monitoring for major planning, infrastructure, and construction projects.

Essential Criteria:

  • Familiarity with BS4142, BS5228 or other UK noise/vibration guidance.

  • Ability to calibrate, install, and maintain environmental monitoring systems.

  • Good IT and reporting skills.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and collecting data from noise and vibration monitoring equipment on a range of sites. You'll work closely with consultants and project managers, supporting assessments that feed into planning applications and compliance reports.
