If you are a dynamic and experienced Digital PR Outreach Manager to join our Earned Media team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building backlinks through effective outreach to journalists, managing a team, and leveraging tools such as SEMRush and Ahrefs. With a background in iGaming, Sportsbooks, or Casino, this role involves crafting engaging content and pitches to captivate the attention of journalists in these sectors.

Main responsibilities

• Lead efforts in building quality backlinks by reaching out to journalists and media outlets, utilizing proven strategies to enhance our digital presence

• Oversee a team of two members, providing guidance and training on the best practices for backlink building and content engagement

• Utilize digital marketing tools like Muckrack, SEMRush and Ahrefs effectively for outreach strategies and analysis

• Develop and pitch creative, engaging content relevant to iGaming, Sportsbooks, or Casino sectors, ensuring high interest and response from journalists and media entities

• Collaborate with the Senior Team Lead to formulate and implement innovative outreach strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital PR, iGaming, Sportsbooks, and Casino sectors, applying this knowledge to enhance outreach effectiveness

• Minimum of 3 years in building backlinks through outreach to journalists

• Proven experience in managing and training a team

• Strong understanding and proficiency in SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other relevant digital marketing tools

• Ability to create innovative and engaging content tailored for the media

• Previous experience of executing Digital PR within the US market, and an understanding of how the US media landscape functions

• An understanding of the Canadian market is a plus

• Preferably a background in iGaming, Sportsbooks, or Casino

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Education- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
