About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into one of the most dynamic areas of family law and make a real difference. In this role, you will be:

- Advising on property disputes between unmarried couples

- Advising on and settling cohabitation agreements

- Solid experience in TOLATA, and a keen interest in family law

- A meticulous, detail-driven approach with an appreciation for the intricacies of complex ownership disputes

- Empathy and patience, especially when managing time-sensitive or emotionally charged situations
