NPD Project Manager

The main responsibility of this role is to project manage the New Product Development function from concept to launch for the UK. The role demands a candidate with a strong knowledge of the Beauty/Personal Care space, and an understanding of the stage gate process within NPD and Project Management.

• A global supplier of hotel amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotions.
• The company also supplies hotels with guest room supplies, housekeeping products, linen and bedding.

Description

• Managing the NPD function and timeline from concept to launch.
• Working with manufacturers in Turkey and Greece to perfect samples.
• Understand the packaging function and its role in the NPD process.
• Understanding of personal care products e.g. Shampoo, Conditioner, Moisturisers and Body washes.
• 3+ years of NPD experience.

• Experience working from concept to launch on a personal care product.
