• Leading the handover process from trial and testing to factory industrialisation.

• Ensuring new product developments meet customer requirements for shelf life, consistency, and quality, as well as commercial targets.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including technical, production, and commercial.

• Contributing to a dynamic, forward-thinking team driving innovation in FMCG manufacturing.

• Proven experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG NPD environment.

• Minimum Level 2 HACCP (Level 3 preferred).

• Ideally Level 3 in Food Safety.

• Solid understanding of technical requirements in a factory setting.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
