NPI Engineer

Take innovative plastic products from concept to production.

We're looking for an experienced Project Engineer with an injection moulding background to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from design through to full production. You'll work closely with customers, tooling suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

You'll need:

Experience managing engineering or NPI projects within injection moulding
Knowledge of mould tools, tooling manufacture and plastic components
Customer-facing project management experience
HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering
Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseasIf you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with customers and bringing new products to life, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: Circa £45,000 + excellent benefits.
