NPI Quality Lead

Purpose Statement: \n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Drive QA KPIs at their respective assigned functions\n * Manage team performance and development plan; a buddy or assist in training new Team Lead; in pipeline to succeed QA manager or as emergency fill\n * Work cohesively with other CFT leads/SLT/regional team to drive zero defects \u0026 customer focus CI\n * Typically is responsible for multiple accounts or products\n * Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
