NQ Commercial Property Solicitor

A top tier Legal 500 law firm with offices near Covent Garden are seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their superb team, due to expansion.

The successful NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will manage their own case load of core commercial property matters, with a large proportion of Landlord and Tenant work. They will benefit from ongoing training and development (well respected seniors who will offer mentoring along with firm-wide investment into your personal development), with a clear career path and a fun and vibrant working environment.

The successful newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor will offer the following skill set/background:

• Be a recently qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) or due to qualify in September 2025
• Have enjoyed quality Solicitor's training in a well respected English law firm or legal services company - with at least 1 seat in commercial property/real estate
• Be able to demonstrate a technical knowledge in Landlord and Tenant work and general commercial property work (akin with PQE)
• Offer excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Be commercially aware
• Have solid IT skills
• Be a keen team player

The successful NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will be rewarded with a generous bonus structure (including receiving a %-based bonus for work introduced to the firm, and worked by other departments) as well as a benefits package. There is the option of some hybrid work once you have passed probation.
