Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to build your career in Commercial Property? Our client, a top-tier regional law firm with a stellar reputation, is seeking an ambitious and driven NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in central Leeds.

As part of the firm’s highly regarded commercial property department, you will gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial property work, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and lease renewals
• Development and regeneration projects
• Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

You’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers who are committed to mentoring and developing junior talent.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor (0–1 year PQE) with a completed seat in commercial property. you will have gained excellent technical and drafting skills, possess strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach and you will be a proactive team player with a desire to learn and progress.
