Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and leases: grow your skills with real transactional exposure
• Supporting senior fee earners on high-value development projects: benefit from mentorship and team collaboration
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences: develop technical confidence and client-facing ability
• Managing your own caseload with supervision: take ownership while building autonomy

Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ level)
• Completed a commercial property seat during training
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Commercial mindset and willingness to learn
