This position is ideal for a solicitor who can confidently manage their own caseload across private family matters, including divorce, finance, and children law. A blend of Legal Aid and private work is involved, so a solid understanding of legal aid criteria and experience using CCMS is essential. A car and full driving licence are required, as travel to court hearings and other offices will be part of the role.
