Job Description - NQ Personal Injury Solicitor

Role OverviewWe’re working with a leading personal injury law firm based in Manchester, seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied personal injury caseload, covering both pre- and post-litigation work from start to finish.

Candidate Profile
  • Newly qualified or with some personal injury experience (6+ months)
  • Able to manage a supervised caseload and advise clients
  • Skilled in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and loss schedules
  • Experience progressing cases through litigation, including instructing experts
  • Knowledge of civil procedure rules; Proclaim experience a bonus
  • Strong client focus and attention to detail
