Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are currently working with a well-established law firm in the heart of Tunbridge Wells that is seeking a motivated and compassionate Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice where you will be encouraged to grow your expertise and manage a varied and interesting caseload.

The Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  
  
• Advising on and administering trusts
  
  
• Handling probate and estate administration (including taxable and non-taxable estates)
  
  
• Providing guidance on Inheritance Tax and probate procedures in England and Wales
  
  

Requirements:
We’re looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) who can demonstrate:

• Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
  
  
• A compassionate and client-focused approach
  
  
• A good understanding of inheritance law and estate administration
  
  
• Confidence using legal software and IT tools including Microsoft Office and Adobe
