NQ - 2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer
Basingstoke | £40,000 - £45,000 | Legal 500 Firm

I am currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm that is looking to expand its Residential Property team with the addition of a Newly Qualified or Junior Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ looking to join a forward-thinking and well-established firm offering high-quality work, structured development, and long-term progression.

You'll join a busy and successful Residential Property team, handling a broad range of conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• New build and off-plan transactions

• Shared ownership and Help to Buy

• Remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity

• Advising a mix of private clients, investors, and developers

You'll be given autonomy appropriate to your experience and receive support from experienced Partners and senior fee-earners, with clear routes for career development.

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with atleast one seat within residential property

• A qualified solicitor with a couple of years experience within residential fee earning

• Confident handling files with supervision and working directly with clients

• Commercially aware, proactive, and eager to develop
