We're working with a leading national law firm that is currently seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its highly respected Property Dispute Resolution team, one of the largest and most established in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your post-qualification career in a high-performing, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.
The Opportunity You’ll be part of a national team advising a wide range of clients on residential landlord and tenant law and broader contentious property issues. These include:
Long leasehold and short-term tenancy disputes
Possession and trespass actions
Disrepair and property management litigation
Telecoms issues
Licensing, injunctions, and advisory work
The firm boasts an impressive client base, including national property investors, public and quasi-public bodies, FTSE 250 companies, charities, PRS, Build to Rent, student housing, and local government bodies.
You’ll also work closely with the real estate transactional team, gaining exposure to a seamless client service model and the opportunity to develop strong cross-discipline relationships.
What They're Looking For The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or qualifying in 2025)
Have completed a seat in property litigation or gained strong relevant experience in a paralegal or trainee capacity
Demonstrate excellent legal research, drafting and communication skills
Show commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
Be a proactive team player, able to work across offices and disciplines
