Location: Gerrard's Cross

Pay Rate: £42 - £51 per hour

Shifts Available: Day and night shifts are available (Long Shifts) 

                            9am - 9:30pm | 9pm - 9:30am 

Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.

What you’ll do

Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child and support her to reach her full potential. Due to our client’s complex needs you will be working alongside our team of healthcare assistants as you will be required to deliver care either within the home, maintaining her clinical safety and management of respiratory interventions.

You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes the care of the ventilated child, that includes peg feeds, OP and deep suctioning and seizure management. As well as supporting with all aspects of daily living you will engage sensory play with our client who enjoys interacting with her siblings and her therapy sessions.

What you’ll need

• Experience of working in a complex care setting.
• Experience in moving and handling.
• Experience in peg feeding
• Experience with deep suctioning.
• Experience in catheter care. 
• Experience of looking after a ventilated child.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.
