Job Description - Nurse Assessor - Hybrid

Registered Nurse Assessor

Hybrid full time and part time applications accepted

Training is for a 6-week full time period, following from this, you can then pick 3 or 4 working days to suit you!

Starting Salary - £35,000 - £36,000 upon completion of training and £37,000 at 1 year service (performance related)

We are currently recruiting for clinicians who are seeking a new direction in comparison to working in the traditional clinical or nursing settings. These positions are suitable for Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Paramedics and Physiotherapists.
Recognised by the NMC/ HCPC as clinical, so able to maintain your registration from the comfort of your own home working 9.00am-5.00pm with your weekends free to do as you please!

In a nutshell you will be:
Completing telephone assessments with individuals with various physical, mental health and/or learning disabilities and then writing up a full report based on your findings. The role as Disability Assessor is a step away from the normal clinical role and involves no treatment, diagnosing, intervention or decision making of hands-on care, however, you will still be using your clinical skills and knowledge, completing in depth assessments, and writing accurate and detailed reports.

Essential Qualifications:
Knowledge of various health conditions
12 months of post-qualification experience in an adult practice role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
HCPC or NMC qualification (RGN, RMN, RNLD, Occupational Therapist, Paramedics, or Physiotherapist) with 12 months of post-qualification experience
