Nurse General Medicine Ward - - SOUTH LONDON

Your Missions:

• Deliver patient-centered care for adults with acute and chronic conditions
  

• Administer medications and treatments following care plans
  

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, consultants, and discharge planners
  

• Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety at all times
  

• Contribute to ward audits and quality improvement initiatives

Profile Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  

• Valid and up-to-date registration with the NMC (UK Nursing & Midwifery Council)
