I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded luxury care provider for a Nurse Care Manager to join one of their flagship homes in the Weybridge area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established nursing team within a premium elderly care setting, combining hands-on clinical leadership with governance, quality improvement and people management. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred nursing care while continuing to develop and support your own team.

As Nurse Care Manager you'll take ownership of the clinical standards across the home, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care is delivered every day.
You'll:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Registered Nurses Oversee clinical governance, audits and continuous quality improvement Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice Manage medication governance and clinical risk Complete assessments and oversee person-centred care planning Support safeguarding processes and effectively manage complaints and concerns Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and multidisciplinary teams Play a key role in maintaining an outstanding clinical culture throughout the homeWhat We're Looking For:
You'll be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC registration and previous leadership experience within an elderly care, nursing home or similar clinical setting.
We're particularly keen to speak with Nurses who have:
Experience managing or leading nursing teams Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care Excellent communication and leadership skills Confidence managing audits, medication and compliance Knowledge of Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and Funded Nursing Care (FNC) processes would be advantageous A proactive, supportive leadership style with a genuine commitment to developing othersIf you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact while working for an organisation that genuinely invests in its people, I'd love to tell you more.
