Nurse- Occupational Health Advisor

Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Health Advisor seeking a pivotal role in a leading FMCG manufacturer? 3+ years

• Expert knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and best practices
• Proficient in conducting health assessments and risk assessments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with health surveillance programs and data analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated individual possessing the following qualifications:

• NMC Level One registration
• Relevant OH Diploma or Degree (essential)
• SCPHN (preferable)
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment or similar setting is highly advantageous.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams (Operations Management, HR, Health & Safety, Senior Leadership, and employees).
• Understanding of and ability to support union relations concerning occupational health.
