To be considered for this position you will need to a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. You'll be a hands-on leader, both supervising and providing the highest-quality nursing care to residents. You will need to be up to date with the most recent clinical practices, and have professional experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
