Our client, a well-established and values-driven early years provider, is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Area Manager to lead a group of nurseries across the South West London region. This is a unique opportunity to influence multiple settings, support dedicated teams, and make a lasting impact on children’s early development.

What You’ll Bring

• A relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above)

• Ideally, proven experience as an Area Manager within the early years sector

• We may also consider an exceptional Nursery Manager with a strong multi-site or senior leadership track record and a readiness to step into an Area Manager role

• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks

• Inspirational leadership and people management skills

• A hands-on, supportive approach with the ability to coach and develop teams

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations across multiple nursery sites

• Supporting Nursery Managers and teams to deliver high-quality care and education

• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements

• Leading by example to embed best practice and continuous improvement

• Contributing to the development of strategic goals and growth across the region

• Building strong, trusting relationships with staff, families, and external stakeholders
