Job Description - Nursery Deputy Manager

Our Clients lovely setting in Haslemere, Surrey have an opportunity at their lovely nursery for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join their large and busy nursery, supporting the manager, initially as a maternity cover role. Salary is

c£32k depending on experience and qualifications together with great benefits, and has onsite parking.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 year' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
