Job Description - Nursery Deputy Manager

Our clients very large setting In Norwood, SE London are looking for a very experienced Deputy Manager to support the manager in the day to day running of their great setting. You will need to be doing a similar role. Salary is c£32k depending on experience, plus £1000 welcome bonus

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 year' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements
