Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years educator ready to take the next step into leadership? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a large, inclusive, and forward-thinking academy school in Ealing in their search for a Lead Nursery Teacher to join their well-established Early Years team this September 2025.

• Play a key part in developing early intervention strategies and school readiness

• QTS (or equivalent Early Years teaching qualification)

• Significant classroom experience within an Early Years setting

• Proven leadership capabilities or readiness to step into a leadership role

• Excellent knowledge of EYFS curriculum, safeguarding, and early development

• A team player with energy, vision, and a deep passion for early education

• Work with a former primary teacher as your dedicated consultant
