Job Description - Nursery Leader

Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or experienced nursery staff ready to move into a school-based TA role? We have rewarding opportunities in Nursery and Reception classrooms In Truro and Bristol.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting learning through play, exploration, and routine
Providing nurturing care to children aged 3-5
Supporting speech, behaviour and sensory needs
Creating a warm and inclusive early years environment

You Bring:

Early years experience (nursery or school)
A calm, playful and proactive approach
Understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
