Salary: Up to £36,000

Our client, a well-established and nurturing early years service, is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead their dedicated team. This warm and welcoming setting provides high-quality childcare and early education for children aged three months to five years, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and supported in their early learning journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced nursery professional to take the next step in their career. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the setting, ensuring outstanding care and education while maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)

• Proven management experience in an early years setting

• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and a successful track record of inspections

• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
