What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework, early years legislation, and safeguarding procedures
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, supportive approach
A genuine passion for child development and a commitment to inclusive, holistic education

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education
Inspire and lead a team of early years professionals, providing mentoring and development opportunities
Ensure the setting meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements, including Ofsted standards
Develop strong, positive relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and feedback
Manage budgets and nursery resources effectively
Collaborate with external professionals to support children with additional needs
