Nursery Manager – Battersea

Salary: Up to £52,000

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day running of a brand-new nursery in Battersea.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident early years leader who thrives in a supportive and professional environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping the nursery’s culture, leading a strong team, and ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent as recognised by Ofsted)

• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager, with a strong track record of obtaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings

• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant safeguarding/health & safety regulations

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A warm, confident, and collaborative leadership style

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining high standards in care, learning and compliance

• Build and nurture strong relationships with families, children, and the local community

• Manage and motivate a team of early years educators, ensuring excellent practice and professional growth

• Drive the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and create an inspiring learning environment

• Maintain rigorous health, safety, and safeguarding procedures

• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and all statutory requirements
