Nursery Manager – Up to £48,000

Are you an experienced Nursery Manager looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with a well-established nursery that is seeking a passionate and capable Nursery Manager (Level 3 qualified or above) to lead their setting and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0–5.

As Nursery Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery. You’ll be instrumental in leading a dedicated team, overseeing safeguarding and EYFS compliance, and creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager in a childcare setting

• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding requirements, and Ofsted standards

• Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and inspire a team of early years practitioners

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safeguarding and health & safety

• Oversee the planning and delivery of a rich and varied early years curriculum

• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies

• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a high standard of care and learning
