Job Description - Nursery Manager

To the east of Bristol City Centre our client has a beautiful purpose built setting who are now seeking a passionate nursery manager to join their lovely setting and be part of a growing Nursery Group that are definitely going places! Working a 40 hour week, with a strong nursery team building up the occupancy within this setting, the salary is being offered is up to £45k depending on experience, with generous benefits and opportunities to grow with the Nursery Company.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
