Job Description - Nursery Manager

This fantastic setting in the Oxted countryside, are now looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to join the team in supporting the day to day running of the Nursery. A great salary is offered c£40k together with benefits, ongoing training and future career aspirations with this growing provider. There is parking nearby and within walking distance of the train station.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
