Job Description - Nursery Manager

This fantastic setting in the Oxted countryside, are now looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to join the team in supporting the day to day running of the Nursery. A great salary is offered c£40k together with benefits, ongoing training and future career aspirations with this growing provider. Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
