We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a vibrant and welcoming nursery in Blackburn. If you're passionate about early years education and looking to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education

• Lead, support and develop the staff team

• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted regulations

• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community

• Monitor and improve the quality of teaching and learning

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (Level 3+ preferred)

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a nursery setting

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for early years education
