What We’re Looking For:

* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.

* Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English

* Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).

* Proven ability to lead teams to ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted outcomes.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and build cohesive teams.

* Deep understanding of safeguarding, EYFS framework, and regulatory compliance.

* Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.

* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and education.
