A well-established nursery in Chelsea is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for a confident early years professional who can lead a team, maintain high standards of care and education, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

The Role:

Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
Manage, support and develop the nursery team
Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care and education
Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
Ensure the EYFS framework is followed effectively
Create a welcoming, inclusive and engaging environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior early years role
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Confident leadership and communication skills
Passionate about children’s learning and development
Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy nursery setting
