Nursery Manager / Deputy Nursery Manager / Early Years Manager

Our lovely nursery near Bedford is growing and we are now looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the management team in supporting the day to day running of the Nursery.
Our Nursery is very large and running at capacity so the role requires an experienced Nursery Manager who has worked in large settings, who is confident to oversee the nursery in the managers absence, and would be confident in dealing with Ofsted, we would also consider a Nursery Manager who may be looking for the opportunity to be part of a very busy setting and a growing group provider. Hours are 38 per week and we are offering a salary c£34k plus fantastic benefits.

As a Deputy Manager you will:
* Support all teams within the Nursery.
* Work alongside the manager in the day to day operations of the Nursery.
* Ensure that all teams are providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
* Lead and support your teams together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice at all times
* Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
* Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 4 years experience of working in a Nursery and at least 2 year's experience of a leadership and management role.
