Nursery Manager / Deputy Nursery Manager (Ready to Step Up)

Location: Hackney, London (E5)
Salary: From £18.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (37.5 to 40 hours per week).

The setting maintains a core focus on premium care and organic education while fostering strong, active ties to the local community.

The Role

We are seeking an inspiring, hands-on Nursery Manager to oversee the entire setting.

Please note: This is a highly unique setting that does not operate a traditional "room style" structure. This is also not an office-bound role; you will be actively engaged on the floor, leading by example, while managing essential administrative duties.

Requirements

* Right to Work: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).

* Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Nursery Manager. We will also highly consider a strong, experienced Deputy Manager who is fully ready to take the step up into a Manager position.

* Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent).

* Mindset: Passionate about community, creative development, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
