Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? A well-established nursery in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their team and provide outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5.

The Role:

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the setting, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance. You'll lead a team of practitioners, support staff development, and work closely with parents and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth running of the nursery in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Lead, motivate, and support the staff team
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
• Manage budgets, staffing, and nursery policies
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  
  

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
• Previous experience in a senior role within a nursery setting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted standards
• A warm, approachable, and professional manner
