Nursery Manager Wanted in Brentwood, New Site

We’re are working with a brilliant Nursery group who is looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager to lead a thriving setting in Brentwood and make a real difference to children, families and staff.

The Role

You’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, safeguarding and practice.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing the nursery team.

Driving continuous improvement and high-quality EYFS practice.

Overseeing safeguarding, health & safety and Ofsted compliance.

Building strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

Managing staffing, occupancy and key operational processes.

Creating a positive, supportive and inspiring nursery environment.

About You

You’ll have:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

Previous leadership/management experience in an Early Years setting.

Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and SEND.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience supporting Ofsted inspections and driving improvement.

A genuine passion for developing both children and people.
