Nursery Nurse

Join our Montessori nursery as a Nursery Nurse and contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role offers a unique 4-day work week covering full-time hours, ideal for those passionate about early childhood education and holding at least a Level 2 qualification in childcare.

• Deliver high-quality Montessori-based education and care for children.
• Plan and implement developmental activities suited to the age and stage of the children.
• Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues about children's development and nursery events.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to uphold the Montessori standards.

• Must hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
• Experience in a nursery setting, Montessori experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work long days (10-hour shifts) in a full-time, 4-day work week format.
