This role is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a supportive setting where creativity, learning, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Set in a spacious building with a beautiful canal backdrop and a large outdoor garden, the nursery provides an inspiring space where children can explore, learn, and grow each day. The environment is ideal for delivering high-quality early years education in a nature-rich, engaging atmosphere.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A caring and proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment

  • A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

Why Join Us:

  • Supportive and open management, with regular check-ins and easy access to senior staff

  • A large, nature-filled outdoor space to enhance children’s play and learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

  • Help plan and deliver educational activities that meet each child’s developmental needs, aligned with the EYFS framework

  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers, using nursery software to share updates and progress

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and planning in line with the nursery’s structured approach

  • Promote learning through play both indoors and outdoors, making full use of the nursery’s beautiful setting
