Job Description - Nursery Practitioner

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £29,000 | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Our client is seeking a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their close-knit team in a warm, welcoming setting that feels like a second home. What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) is essential

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

  • A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, caring attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5

  • Plan, implement and evaluate stimulating activities that support each child’s development

  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Promote an inclusive, safe, and happy environment for all

  • Maintain accurate observations, records, and reports in line with the EYFS
