We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our client’s team in providing high-quality care and education for young children. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing and supportive approach, with a keen interest in early childhood development.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

• Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

• Understanding of child development and ability to provide stimulating and engaging activities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of children.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, following health and safety guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children’s progress and well-being.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to learn and grow.

• Support children with personal care routines, including feeding, changing, and nap times.
