As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key part in supporting children’s learning and development during their most formative years. What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
Build warm and trusting relationships with children and their families
Plan, observe, and assess learning activities that support each child’s individual development
Work closely with colleagues to maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment
Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing is prioritised at all times
Reflect on practice and contribute to ongoing improvements across the setting
