We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s nurturing and professional team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and early years education, supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

• Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player with the ability to use initiative and work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development

• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and development

• Collaborate with the team to deliver a rich and engaging learning experience

• Adhere to safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures at all times
